The Playstreet child as the Protagonist
Our curriculum is child-centred. Children are viewed as active, self-directed and competent learners. They initiate their own learning through making independent choices & selecting their own activities.
The Playstreet teacher as a Facilitator
Our Teachers plan engaging and meaningful experiences that build on the child's understanding. They provide appropriate resources within the environment to facilitate the child's learning.
At Playstreet, the Process of learning is the focus
The key focus of our pedagogy is the process of learning, rather than the end product.
